Is not allowed to accommodate more passengers than the ones already confirmed for the booking. The breach of this obligation carries a fine equivalent to 100% of the total rental price of the property for each additional person. The permanence in the building of more guests than the ones previously agreed causes eviction.
The property must be used in a responsible way and avoid any action that could cause damage to property, property contains or structures attached to it. Also, the customer agrees not to cause inconvenience to neighbors and must return the keys as it was formally agreed.
The observance of the security measures during the stay, aimed to prevent the entry of outsiders, is an obligation for the client. The failure to comply this obligation makes the customer responsible for any damage to property or goods in it
DEPARTAMENTOSBUE or the owner of the property (which will be identified at the request of the customer) are entitled to access the building to carry out any repairs or maintenance work required. Except in case of emergency, the customer will be notified.
Under no circumstances DEPARTAMENTOSBUE.COM will be responsible for missing stay in the unit being the host.
Rental Costs
Prices shown on the site DEPARTAMENTOSBUE.COM are final. The cost includes rent expressed as charges for electricity, gas, water, cable TV, expenses, municipal taxes, internet, weekly cleaning service and when is expressly indicated in detail of the department. The departments that do not indicate any of these characteristics do not include them in the fare. The inclusion of this cleaning service in the rent does not relieve the guest of the obligation to leave the department under the same conditions of hygiene in which it was received. The monthly rent must be paid from 1 to 5 of each month. The same must be paid in cash or in our offices or persons expressly authorized to receive such sums by departamentosbue.com.
Boooking:
The rental price will be paid only in cash, and the reservation must be confirmed through a turn in cash equivalent to 50% of the cost of the stay, and should be conducted through Western Union, Money Gram, or bank deposit. Credit cards for this type of operations are only accepted if they are issued in Argentina and used by Argentines passengers.
DEPARTAMENTOSBUE.COM will provide guests the necessary information to make this deposit.
In the event of cancellation of bookingst the amounts paid for are non-refundable sign.
The Deposit will be refunded to passengers at the time of Check out whether the department is delivered in perfect storage conditions. If any apparent damage occurs during the stay, DEPARTAMENTOSBUE will deduce the amount needed to repair the damage from the Deposit. If the cost of damage recorded is higher than the amount of the Deposit, guests must pay the difference to repair the damage.
Amount of security deposit 100% of rent with a minimum U S $ 200 .- for longer periods to 2 months the equivalent of one month's rent.
Checking in
A staff member of Departamentosbue.com or the owner of the apartment will welcome guests at the apartment at a pre-arranged time to collect the voucher and show guests the apartment and how things work.
The inventory will be checked to confirm that all items offered are present and fit for use. The inventory list includes prices for all items in the apartment.
At the apartment: the full stay and the security deposit must be paid CASH when guests check in. No credit cards, travelers’ checks or personalchecks will be accepted in the apartment. Please remember that guests will not be given the keys to the apartment unless the security deposit and the full stay have been paid when they check in. We do not own the apartments, we only rent them and we can make no exceptions.
Check-in time is 1:00 pm
There no additional charge for early check-in if guests arrive before 1:00 pm and the apartment is available. If the apartment is not available, guests will have to wait until the 1:00 pm check-in time. If guests expect to arrive before 1:00 pm and want to make sure the apartment will be available, booking an additional day will ensure availability of the apartment the day before their arrival.
Waiting time at the apartment is one hour and a half after the time agreed with guests. Please let as know of any delays as soon as possible.
Checking out
A staff member of Departamentosbue.com or the owner of the apartment will meet guests at the apartment at the pre-arranged time.
The inventory will be checked once again, making sure that the apartment is in the same condition as it was at check-in and that everything works properly.
If everything is in order, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
In the event of any breakages, damage or missing items, the pertinent amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and guests will be refunded any remaining balance.
Check-out time is 10:00 am
There’s no additional charge for late check-out if there are no bookings in respect of the apartment (check-out time should be arranged with the staff of Departamentosbue.com), otherwise guests will be asked to check out at 10:00 am. If guests expect to leave after 10:00 am and want to make sure the apartment will be available, booking an additional day will ensure availability of the apartment the day of their departure.
Useful information:
In the case that the department rented suffer any unavailability prior to the arrival of the passenger, DEPARTAMENTOSBUE.COM offers two alternatives to solve the drawback.

Guests must provide their names, passport or identity document number, age and address, and exhibit an identity document that proves accuracy of the information provided.
Apartments must be vacated clean and in the same conservation condition they were in at arrival. Otherwise, the staff of Departamentosbue.com in charge of check-out will deduct AR$60 from the security deposit as cleaning charge.
The apartment owner and Departamentosbue.com reserve the right of admission.
